Would you like to host a gathering to get to know your neighbors? Focus on Prevention has joined forces with Modesto Neighborhoods, Inc and is offering Neighborhood mini-grants from $50 to $250 for Stanislaus County residents to organize neighborhood gatherings.

Building social connections through neighborly events can lead to feelings of security and belonging. A Toolkit is available for planning your gathering once your application is approved.
